How to Reset Your Forgotten Password

Overview​

Recover access to your account when you've forgotten your password.

Steps​

1. Go to Login Page​

  1. Navigate to https://tradelyser.com
  2. Click on "Forgot Password?" link below the login form

2. Enter Your Email​

  1. Enter the email address associated with your account
  2. Click "Send Reset Link" button

3. Check Your Email​

  1. Open your email inbox
  2. Look for "Reset Your Tradelyser Password" email
  3. Check spam folder if not found
  4. Click the "Reset Password" link in the email

4. Create New Password​

  1. Enter your new password (min 8 characters)
  2. Confirm new password
  3. Click "Reset Password"

5. Login​

  • Password reset successful message appears
  • Click "Login" or you'll be redirected automatically
  • Use your new password to sign in

Success!​

You can now access your account with the new password.

Important Notes​

⏰ Reset link expires in 24 hours
📧 Only works with registered email
🔒 Old password immediately invalidated
✅ All devices logged out for security

Alternative Method​

Registered with Google?

  • Sign in with "Continue with Google" instead
  • No password needed
