How to Disconnect a Broker Account

Safely disconnect a broker account from Tradelyser.

  • Auto-sync stops immediately
  • Existing trades remain in Tradelyser
  • Connection credentials removed
  • Can reconnect anytime
  • No data is deleted

When to Disconnectโ€‹

Stepsโ€‹

1. Go to Accounts Settingsโ€‹

  1. Navigate to Settings > Accounts
  2. Find the account to disconnect

2. Open Account Menuโ€‹

  1. Click three dots (โ‹ฎ) next to the account
  2. Account menu opens

3. Select Disconnectโ€‹

  1. Click "Disconnect Account" option
  2. Confirmation dialog appears

4. Confirm Disconnectionโ€‹

  1. Read the warning message
  2. Understand implications
  3. Click "Disconnect" button

5. Disconnection Completeโ€‹

  • Success message appears
  • Status changes to "Disconnected" ๐Ÿ”ด
  • Auto-sync stopped

Broker account is disconnected.

Reconnecting Laterโ€‹

  1. Click "Connect" button on disconnected account
  2. Or add as new account
  3. Complete authorization again
  4. Trades won't duplicate

Archive: Hide account, keep connection Disconnect: Stop sync, remove connection

To Archive:

  1. Click three dots menu
  2. Select "Archive Account"
  3. Account hidden but still connected
