Billing Cycles

Monthly:

  • Billed every month
  • Cancel anytime
  • No long-term commitment

Yearly:

  • Billed once per year
  • Save 17% vs monthly (₹798 Basic, ₹1,798 Pro)
  • Cancel anytime (prorated refund within first 30 days)

Auto-Renewal

  • Plans auto-renew at the end of billing cycle
  • You'll receive email reminder 7 days before renewal
  • Cancel anytime before renewal date to avoid charges
  • No hidden fees or surprise charges

Invoices & GST

  • GST included in all prices (18% as per Indian law)
  • Invoices auto-generated and emailed
  • Download anytime from Profile → Subscription → Invoices
  • GST-compliant for business expense claims

Upgrade & Downgrade

How to Upgrade

From Trial to Basic/Pro:

  1. Profile → Subscription
  2. Click "Upgrade to [Plan]"
  3. Enter payment details
  4. Confirm
  5. Immediate access to new limits

From Basic to Pro:

  1. Profile → Subscription
  2. Click "Upgrade to Pro"
  3. Confirm
  4. Prorated billing — Only pay difference for remaining days
  5. Immediate access to Pro features

How to Downgrade

From Pro to Basic:

  1. Profile → Subscription
  2. Click "Change Plan" → "Basic"
  3. Confirm
  4. Effective next billing cycle (not immediate)
  5. Use Pro features until current period ends

Cancellation

Cancel Subscription:

  1. Profile → Subscription
  2. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  3. Confirm
  4. Access continues until end of billing period
  5. No future charges

After Cancellation:

  • Account remains active (read-only)
  • Can still view all past data
  • No new imports allowed
  • Reactivate anytime

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes! Upgrade immediately with prorated billing. Downgrade takes effect next cycle.

What happens if I exceed limits on Basic plan?

Trades: Import is paused until next month. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited.
AI Prompts: Elysia stops responding. Resets next month or upgrade.

Can I cancel my annual plan?

Yes. Within 30 days: prorated refund. After 30 days: access until year-end, no refund.

Is there a discount for annual plans?

Yes! Save 17% with annual billing:

  • Basic: ₹3,990/year (₹333/month) vs ₹399/month
  • Pro: ₹8,990/year (₹749/month) vs ₹899/month

Do you offer student/educator discounts?

Contact us at partners@tradelyser.com with your student ID or teaching credentials. We evaluate requests case-by-case.

Can I get a refund if I don't use the service?

No we dont provide refunds as there are trials to try and use the platform.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data is never deleted unless you explicitly request it.
After cancellation: Read-only access to all past data. Reactivate subscription anytime to resume imports.

Can I try Pro for free?

Yes! Use the 3-day free trial to test Pro features. Upgrade to Pro plan during trial for continued access.

How do I get an invoice for tax purposes?

Invoices are auto-emailed and available at Profile → Subscription → Invoices. Includes GST details for business claims.

Can I pause my subscription temporarily?

Not currently. You can cancel and reactivate later. All your data will be retained.
