How to View Billing History

Overview

Access all your past payments, invoices, and billing records.

Steps

1. Go to Subscription Settings

Navigate to Settings > Subscription

2. Scroll to Billing History

Find "Billing History" section

3. View All Invoices

See complete list:

  • Invoice date
  • Amount paid
  • Plan purchased
  • Payment method
  • Status (Paid/Failed/Refunded)
  • Download link

4. Download Invoice

  1. Click "Download" next to any invoice
  2. PDF invoice downloads
  3. Open or save for records

You can access your complete billing history.

Invoice Information

Each Invoice Shows

📄 Invoice Number: Unique ID
📄 Date: Payment date
📄 Amount: Total paid
📄 Plan: Subscription purchased
📄 Period: Billing period
📄 Payment Method: Card/UPI/etc
📄 GST: Tax breakdown

Payment Status

Status Types

Paid: Successful payment
Pending: Processing
Failed: Payment declined
🔄 Refunded: Money returned

GST Invoice

Tax Details

Invoices include:

  • Base amount
  • GST (18%)
  • Total amount
  • GSTIN (your business)
  • Company GSTIN
  • HSN/SAC code

For business users: Claim GST credit

Filter History

Find Specific Invoices

Filter by:

  • Date range
  • Plan type
  • Status
  • Amount range

Search:

  • Invoice number
  • Transaction ID

Export Billing History

Download All Records

  1. Click "Export Billing History"
  2. Choose format (Excel, CSV, PDF)
  3. Download complete history
  4. For accounting/tax purposes

Failed Payments

View Failed Attempts

  • See failed payment attempts
  • Reason for failure
  • Retry option
  • Update payment method

Payment Method History

Track Cards Used

See all payment methods used:

  • Current active card
  • Previous cards
  • Payment method changes
  • Default method

Receipt Email

Email Delivery

After each payment:

  • Invoice emailed automatically
  • Same as downloadable PDF
  • Keep for records
  • Searchable in email

Business Expenses

For Tax Deduction

Invoices valid for:

  • Income tax deduction
  • Business expense claims
  • Professional expenses
  • GST credit (registered businesses)

Refund History

Refunded Payments

If refunded:

  • Original invoice marked
  • Refund date shown
  • Amount refunded
  • Refund reason

See your journey:

  • Trial start
  • First payment

Billing Address

Update Address

For invoices:

  1. Edit billing address
  2. Used on invoices
  3. Save changes
  4. Future invoices updated

How Much Saved

If on annual plan:

  • Shows total savings
