How to Cancel Your Subscription
Overview
Cancel your paid subscription if you no longer need the service.

Steps
1. Go to Subscription Settings
Navigate to Settings > Subscription

2. Find Cancel Option
Scroll to bottom or look for:
- "Cancel Subscription" link
- "Manage Subscription" > "Cancel"

3. Click Cancel Subscription
Button usually in:
- Subscription details section
- Bottom of page
- Manage subscription dropdown

4. Select Cancellation Reason
Choose from:
- Too expensive
- Not using enough
- Missing features
- Found alternative
- Just testing
- Other (specify)

5. Review What You'll Lose
After cancellation:

6. Confirm Cancellation
- Read confirmation message
- Type "CANCEL" if required
- Click "Confirm Cancellation"

7. Cancellation Confirmed

- Auto-renewal stopped

Reactivate Subscription
Changed Your Mind?
Before period ends:
- Go to Subscription settings
- Click "Reactivate"
- No payment needed
- Cancellation reversed
After period ends:
- Subscribe again
- New billing cycle starts
- Payment required
- Immediate access

Downgrade Instead
Switch to Lower Plan
Instead of cancelling:
- Pro → Basic: Still keep some features
- Basic → Trial: Free access
- Click "Downgrade" instead
- Choose lower plan
- Takes effect next cycle
- Cheaper alternative
Export Your Data
Before Cancellation
Recommended:
- Export all trades
- Download reports
- Save journal entries
- Backup strategies
- Export notebook notes
