How to Revoke Mentee Access

Overview​

Remove mentee's access to your trading data when no longer needed.

Steps​

1. Go to Mentee Access​

Navigate to Settings > Mentee Access

2. Find Mentee​

Locate mentee to remove from list

3. Revoke Access​

  1. Click three dots on mentee
  2. Select "Revoke Access"
  3. Confirm action

4. Access Removed​

  • Mentee notified
  • Immediate effect
  • Cannot access your data

Success!​

Mentee access revoked.

When to Revoke​

🚫 Coaching ended
🚫 No longer needed
🚫 Security concern
🚫 Mentee inactive

What Happens​

❌ Mentee loses access immediately
❌ Cannot view your data
✅ Past exports they have remain
✅ Can re-grant later

Quick Tips​

  • Revoke when coaching ends
  • Review access quarterly
  • Mentee gets notification
  • Can re-invite anytime
