How to Export Reports to CSV/Excel

Overview​

Download trading reports in various formats for offline analysis, tax purposes, or sharing.

Steps​

1. Generate Report​

  1. Navigate to desired report
  2. Configure parameters (dates, filters)
  3. Generate/view report

2. Click Export Button​

Look for "Export" button (usually top-right of report)

3. Choose Export Format​

Available Formats:

  • PDF: For printing/viewing
  • Excel (.xlsx): For analysis
  • CSV: For data import
  • Google Sheets: Direct export

4. Configure Export Options​

Include:

  • ☑️ Notes and tags

Layout:

  • Portrait or Landscape
  • Page size (A4, Letter)
  • Include header/footer

5. Download File​

  1. Click "Export" or "Download"
  2. File downloads to your device
  3. Open in appropriate application

Trade List Export​

Export All Trades​

  1. Go to Trades page
  2. Apply filters if needed
  3. Click "Export Trades"
  4. Choose format
  5. Download

  1. Select tax year
  2. Generate tax report
  3. Export to PDF/Excel
  4. Share with accountant

Example:

Export Limits​

File Size​

  • PDF: Up to 10MB
  • Excel: Up to 5MB
  • CSV: No practical limit

Record Limits​

  • Excel: 1 million rows
  • CSV: No limit
  • PDF: 1000 pages max
